Access to Telesforo Bravo is on foot via the trails PNT 07 Montaña Blanca – La Rambleta and PNT 09 Teide – Pico Viejo – Mirador de las Narices del Teide (which also require authorization), or by cable car.
Telesforo Bravo is a high-mountain trail and is not suitable for people with cardiac, respiratory, or mobility problems. Traversing it requires adequate physical ability and experience due to steep gradients, unstable surfaces, and areas with a risk of falling. In addition, there is a high likelihood of sudden temperature changes which, combined with low oxygen pressure, may cause extreme fatigue, dizziness, and general discomfort.
Access to the start of the trail can only be made through the following two methods, both of which require processing the corresponding additional reservations:
-
On foot, via the routes PNT 07 Montaña Blanca – La Rambleta or PNT 09 Teide – Pico Viejo – Mirador de las Narices del Teide, with authorization processed through Tenerife ON.
-
By cable car, operating from 9:00 to 17:00. Tickets should be purchased well in advance due to the possibility of limited availability or the service not operating, as cable car operations are not linked to this reservation. Please note that the cable car schedule is from 9:00 to 17:00 and its service is not connected to this authorization.
